OK, so I love my new job. Only I ran into a slight problem . . . . they TOTALY FUCKED ME OVER!!!

Deep breath in and out.

I was told by 3 separate people that I would be paid with everyone else at the end of the month. I checked my account on the 31st expecting to see a nice sized balance in my account, however no money had been deposited. In a slightly massive panic I called one of the people who had told me I was to be paid. She didn't know why I hadn't gotten paid. I call the other two people and both where completely clueless of the reason. I get told to call some lady I have never talked to before. She checks on it and informs me that I am still listed as a temporary employee and that I will receive my check 3 days later then I was originally told. My panic level finally decrease after this 20 minute session of phone tag.


Then she says words the I don't like.


She tells me that my check will only be for 2 weeks not 4.


Panic level reached a new all time high.

I attempt not to cry like an infant as I explain to her that I will not be able to pay my rent and bills or have any money left over for things like food and gas if the check is that small. "Sorry can't do anything about it."

I really don't like these words and tell her as nicely as possible that she will have to do something about it.

Her brilliant solution?

Keep me on the temporary employee list for an extra 2 weeks so I can get another mini check.

Then I need to make sure that someone puts me on the permanent list before the monthly checks get cut again. Not that she is going to do it or double check on it, but that I need to make sure because she can't promise to remember. I ask her who I should have do itfor me considering the other 3 people I had talked to were obviously unable to give me accurate information. She tells me there is no one else but them. So I have to hope that the idiots don't fuck it up again. With my luck they will stick me on the permanent list to soon and I won't get another check till the 28th of February.

Now I just thank God for the unexpected babysitting job that paid me 50 dollars so I can pay all my bills and have some food too.
